These Terms of Use and Digital Product License apply to accommodationstation.org and digital products sold by The Accommodation Station. By using the site or completing a purchase, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or purchase a product.
Educational information
Our resources are educational tools and general information. They are not legal, medical, mental-health, diagnostic, or individualized professional advice. Schools, agencies, and service providers remain responsible for their own decisions, policies, legal duties, and individualized plans. AI-related resources require human review before use.
Digital delivery
Products are delivered electronically. Buyers are responsible for providing an accurate email address, downloading files promptly, and confirming that the listed file formats and software requirements work for their needs. Contact us through the Contact page if an order or download does not arrive.
Standard product license
Unless a product page or separate written license says otherwise, each purchase grants the buyer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the resource for the buyer’s own household, personal professional practice, classroom, or assigned student caseload.
You may print or make working copies reasonably needed for those permitted users. You may adapt editable materials for those users when the product allows editing.
You may not
- Resell, sublicense, redistribute, upload, publish, or give away the original or modified files.
- Share files through a public website, shared drive, learning-management system, staff-wide folder, social-media group, or resource library.
- Provide copies to other households, classrooms, teachers, departments, schools, agencies, or businesses without the license shown on the product page or written permission.
- Remove copyright, branding, license, or attribution notices.
- Use the files or substantial portions of them to create a competing product, template, prompt library, book, course, or dataset.
Contact us before purchase if you need a school, department, agency, team, or commercial-use license.
Accounts and acceptable use
You are responsible for activity under your account and for protecting account credentials and download links. Do not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious material, scrape protected content, or use the site for unlawful purposes.
Prices, payments, and refunds
Prices and availability may change. Taxes and payment options are shown during checkout when applicable. Refund requests are handled under our Digital Product Refund Policy and any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Intellectual property
The site, product files, text, graphics, videos, branding, and other original materials are owned by The Accommodation Station or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership.
Third-party services
